The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (“Commonwealth”), Department of Environmental Protection (“Department”) is seeking a contractor to provide professional remediation services for the waste tire pile located in Keating Township, McKean County. The Carpenter Site is estimated to contain approximately 3,000 waste tires. A per ton cost estimate is required for this waste tire pile cleanup.
